BinCredible Review On A IRC Target Load

Guys… it’s Tom from Liquidation Motivation, and today we’re right outside of Atlanta, Georgia—in Marietta—at one of my best friends’ stores: BinCredible Deals.

And listen… this store is a perfect example of what happens when somebody runs a bin store the right way: pricing strategy, inventory control, customer goodwill, and a reload system that keeps people coming back every week.

On top of that, we’re doing something fun today.

We’re going to break down a Target IRC load—these big, fat pallets full of merchandise Target says is “not scannable”—and I’m going to show you what kind of value is hiding inside.

Because guys… I think this is one of the best deals I’ve ever seen.

BinCredible Deals Review 01

BinCredible Deals Pricing Strategy (This is why they stay packed)

Here’s the pricing strategy at BinCredible Deals in Marietta:

Friday: $10 day (fresh drop day)

Then it drops: $8, $6, $4, $2

Wednesday: $1 day

Thursday: 50 cent day

That’s a real waterfall pricing plan. That’s how you move inventory. That’s how you keep your store from turning into a junk museum.

And here’s the part that’s honestly genius…

The “Freebies” Strategy That Creates Customers for Life

Stellion (the owner) does something a lot of people overlook:

He gives away free stuff that bin stores naturally end up with tons of:

Free face masks

Free phone cases

Free moving boxes

Even free books

And guys… people love it.

You give people goodwill, they walk in, they start shopping, and next thing you know—you’ve got a customer for life.

Today is $1 day and the store is still packed. Afternoon, picked over all day, and there’s still 30–40 people in there.

That tells you everything you need to know.

Their Reload System is Smart (and it builds hype)

Another thing they do that I love:

On $1 day, they close off half the store.

Why?

So they can reload that section and everybody can SEE what’s coming. Then tomorrow they close off the back half even more, so the product comes out right in front of customers.

That creates hype.

Customers aren’t guessing. They’re watching. They’re excited. They’re planning Friday.

That’s how you build a habit.

LPN Bins = High-End Merchandise (and it works)

They run mostly LPN in their pallets and bins.

If you don’t know what LPN is, go watch my video about LPN merchandise. But the short version is:

returns, usually higher value items, and it makes a $10 day actually feel like $10 day.

This store is successful because:

the bins stay fresh

the product stays strong

the customer experience is fun

and the inventory is controlled

Meet Stellion: Engineer to Bin Store Owner (Real story

Stellion’s story is the real story a lot of people live:

He worked corporate for years as an engineer, lost his job, started watching YouTube, saw the bin store model working… and went all in.

He said it straight:

There’s a certain level of freedom you can’t even understand when you’ve worked 9–5 your whole life.

But here’s what he does that separates him from the stores that open… and then close.

The Inventory Rule: Stay 2–4 Weeks Ahead (or you’ll get killed)

Stellion keeps 2–4 weeks of merchandise in reserve.

That means when he’s buying, he’s not desperate.

He’s not forced to buy a trash load because he needs product next week.

Because guys, the weakest link in this industry is supply. When you’re buying in panic mode, you lose.

His store is around 6,000 sq ft, about 40 bins, and he’s basically moving around a truckload a week through the bins.

And the sales are outrageous.

Now Let’s Talk About the Load: Target IRC Truckload Review

So today we’re reviewing a Target IRC load.

These are pallets full of items Target says are “not scannable.” That usually means:

mixed categories

box damage

no easy “scan and list” workflow

but huge opportunity if you actually know how to move product

Guys… you’re going to get bigs, mediums, and smalls.

And if you run a bin store or you do retail on the side, this can change your week.

BinCredible Deals Review 04

First Impressions: These Pallets Are Packed (and the value is crazy)

For the price, I’m shocked at how good these look.

These pallets are full—no empty space, no “half truckload” games. You get the full 26 pallets on a truckload and they’re stacked high.

You’ll see some bedding, and I know people complain about bedding… but listen…

When you’re selling it in bins, people don’t care about box damage on a comforter set if it’s a steal.

Big Item Pallets (This is where your retail side wins)

Some pallets come in bulk-heavy with big items.

Example: a pallet of treadmills.

There were 19 treadmills on one pallet—retail over $200 each.

Do the math on that.

You’re going to get enough smalls for bins, and you’re going to get big stuff that supports your retail section.

The “Home Run” Pallet (Tools + Big Ticket Items)

I couldn’t believe the value on one pallet:

  • Ryobi pressure washer

  • trimmers

  • ceiling fan

  • air conditioners

  • pressure sprayer

  • and a Craftsman generator sitting there like a trophy

Guys… that was the first pallet.

That’s why I said this might be one of the best deals I’ve ever seen.

The Box Breakdown: Ugly Boxes, Beautiful Value

We opened boxes that looked rough—because that’s reality with IRC loads.

But inside?

Blankets, fitted sheets, comforter sets, air fryer, blackout curtains, furniture pieces, toys… all the stuff customers love on $10 day.

And here’s what’s important:

If your store is always Amazon, always Amazon, always Amazon… throwing some Target inventory into the mix changes the feel of your bins.

Customers notice.

The Small Pallet (This is the one that changes your whole week)

Now THIS is the pallet I was waiting for.

Smalls. High piece count. Electronics. Toys. Premium items.

We’re pulling stuff like:

  • LEGO Star Wars sets (guys… anything LEGO + Star Wars isn’t cheap)

  • grooming tools / trimmers

  • scanners

  • fragrance diffusers

  • espresso machine

  • Razer headphones

  • controllers

  • drones

  • smart watches for kids

  • home gadgets

And yeah… we pulled something that looked like breastfeeding equipment and I’m sitting there like, “listen to me…”

But it was new and sealed, untouched, and it’s still value sitting on the shelf.

That pallet had so many items that sell for $30, $40, $50, $150 all day long.

The table was full. And we didn’t even dig all the way down.

Guys… your bin store can go from sucking to rocking real fast with pallets like that.

Who This Load Is Perfect For

This Target IRC load is a home run if:

You run a bin store and want variety beyond Amazon

You have a retail wall/section for big ticket items

You’re doing Whatnot / live selling (this kind of mixed electronics makes a ton of sense)

You actually have a system to sort bigs/mediums/smalls

If you don’t have labor and you don’t want work?

Then don’t buy it.

Because guys, these take effort. They take sorting. They take time.

But the value is there.

How to get one

Guys… if you’re interested in a Target IRC load, message me.

Text me at 315-778-8744.

These loads come out of Indiana, they’re affordable, and you’re going to get bigs, mediums, and smalls.

They take work—yeah. They’re not “clean.” They take effort.

But the value is there, and I can’t believe what we pulled out of that pallet.

Now go out there and make some money.
