BINCHASERS GRAND OPENING “WORLD’S LARGEST”

Guys… we are finally open. We are finally open.

Lakeland Square Mall.

200 bins.

86,000 square feet.

And on grand opening day… we had a couple hundred people in line at 8AM. I wanted more, but listen—it was cold, it was early, and it’s Black Friday. Every store on earth is screaming “DEALS!” today.

But am I disappointed?

Not even close.

Because right now… there are hundreds and hundreds of people in the store.

Carts are full. Lines are moving. We’ve already cashed out hundreds of people.

This is a dream come true.

I’ve been giving you guys content for over five years, and today I’m standing in the pinnacle moment:

The world’s largest bin store is open.

The Pricing Ladder That Prints Money

Guys, you already know my favorite pricing strategy:

$12 / $10 / $7 / $5 / $3 / $1 / 50¢

And we’re open 7 days a week.

Why?

Because we’ve got the real estate, and we’re going to extract every ounce of value out of the inventory.

We take it all the way down to 50 cents.

After 50-cent day?

We throw the rest away or donate it.

We dump into bins… and then we extract everything we can.

That’s the whole bin store game.

Volume over value.

Look At The Store Right Now

Guys, look around.

There are hundreds and hundreds of Black Friday shoppers in here.

Shopping carts are full.

Look at the carts—people are stacked up like they’re moving out of their apartment.

This is exactly why I tell you:

Fill your freaking bins.

If you don’t keep bins full, you don’t keep customers.

And if you don’t keep customers?

You don’t keep a bin store.

The Grand Opening Giveaways (The Green Ball Game)

We did giveaways, and we did them right.

We hid these little green balls in the bins—about 50 of them.

If someone finds one, they win prizes all day:

  • iPhones

  • laptops

  • AirPod Pros

Is it a gimmick?

Yes.

Does it work?

Yes.

It brings people in, makes it fun, makes it memorable, and keeps the energy high.

And guess what…

Two hours into opening and we still had a packed store.

And the mall?

Every other store in the mall is talking about us.

Because we’re bringing thousands of people a week in foot traffic.

That’s why malls want bin stores.

Mark’s Take: “Shut Up, Head Down, Work”

I’m here with Mark—my business partner, my new best friend.

This place was empty five days ago.

Empty.

We didn’t even get the keys until late. Mark was 24/7 building bins and getting everything ready so the second we got in…

we could move.

That’s the whole secret to big openings:

  • plan hard

  • move fast

  • get a team

  • execute

Mark said it perfectly:

You can plan all day… but sometimes you’ve just got to go with it and keep moving forward.

And the biggest lesson?

Build a team.

Good people around you = you can make anything happen.

Staffing & Labor: The Silent Killer

Let’s talk reality.

We hired 13 employees:

  • 2 in warehouse receiving

  • 11 on the floor

And even then… we might be a little overstaffed right now.

Opening day, I don’t mind people standing around. I want bodies. I want speed. I want control.

But after this?

Everybody has a job:

  • primary tasks

  • secondary tasks

Register operators aren’t just cashiers.

When they’re not ringing people out, they’re on the floor cleaning bins and keeping things tight.

Because I’m telling you:

High labor will kill your store.

Buying the wrong loads will kill your store.

Loads showing up late will kill your store.

Your whole operation has to flow.

And when everything flows… what flows next?

Profits. Bottom line. Cash.

Rosie’s Ops Brain: The Behind-The-Scenes Work Nobody Sees

Rosie handled a ton of administrative operations with Estabban.

Inventory. Organization. Training. Staffing. Placement. Process.

And yes…

We did it in five crazy days.

Five.

200 bins.

86,000+ sq ft.

And the store is filled with people.

That’s the payoff.

Rosie’s advice if you want to open a bin store?

Have patience. Stay organized. Go for it.

And I love her line:

Go big or go home.

Store Rules: How We Don’t Get Screwed

We’ve got policies up front for a reason:

  • Do not open boxes. If it’s sealed, leave it sealed.

  • We have box opening stations.

  • No returns or exchanges.

  • We have a camera system (and yes, it’s posted).

  • We charge a 3% credit card fee to offset processing costs.

  • Shop at your own risk—bins are bins.

Theft?

I don’t obsess over theft. Some people do.

But we’re proactive:

  • cameras

  • signage

  • flow control

  • awareness

We don’t focus on it… but we’re not stupid.

Rapid-Fire Value Riffs (Real Math + Real Strategy)

Pricing Ladder Reality

If your average cart is even $60 on $12 day… that’s 5 items.

With hundreds of customers? That’s a freight train of revenue.

The Giveaway Math

50 green balls isn’t “free money.”

It’s a crowd magnet.

The crowd creates more sales than the prizes cost. Period.

The Core Doctrinet

You don’t win by protecting value.

You win by moving volume.

New inventory every week.

Keep bins full.

Keep the cycle tight.

And keep people coming back.

The Real Play: Turn & Burn, Every Single We

Guys, this is not a one-day event.

Opening day is hype.

But the business is built on:

  • loads coming in

  • bins getting filled

  • inventory cycling

  • customers finding deals

  • and you doing it again next week

That’s it.

Fill your freaking bins.

Avoid the scramble game.

Save your damn money.

Volume over value.

Rally Close

We did it.

In five days, we opened the world’s largest bin store:

86,000 square feet.

200 bins.

And right now there are hundreds and hundreds of people shopping.

Now go out there and make some money.
